The average turnaround time for finding a preceptor for a student is about 1-2 Weeks, although this can vary.

You do not have to be a former pass student. Pass program clinicals is available for any student who needs our services

The price per clinical rotation package is a firm flat rate and cannot be adjusted. It is the guarantee that our preceptor will provide you with a certain number of hours per rotation for that package. Only VERY SPECIAL circumstances will be considered!

This will all depend on your preceptor’s availability. While most students can complete their hours within 1 month, some may need additional time to complete the hours. Communication and coordination with the preceptor is the key, and our program will assist you.

Pass program clinicals will always assign you a preceptor within the same city and state that you live in. Should you choose another preceptor, based on special circumstances, pass will not reimburse you or pay for your travel expenses.

Pass program clinicals has taken tremendous effort in hand-selecting our preceptors to assure that you, the student, will be guaranteed a positive clinical experience. All students and preceptors will have the opportunity to complete an evaluation after the clinial rotation. While all sales are final, if there is a request for a refund, the situation will be evaluated by our team, and the decision to refund will be completely up to pass program clinicals.

Pass program clinicals is an independent company, and choosing to use our services is completely up to you. Unfortunately, pass program clinicals will not be involved with schools in terms of explaining your purchase. Ultimately, the student needs to comply with whatever their university is requiring.
